My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney to sell our condo in New West, and she was absolutely phenomenal! Despite being in another province, Courtney made the entire process incredibly smooth for us. From coordinating with our tenants to organizing trades for maintenance and updates, she handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. As a fellow Realtor, I can truly attest to Courtney's exceptional service and dedication. Highly recommended!

My partner and I really enjoyed working with Courtney for our home purchase in BC and would highly recommend her! We were moving from out-of-province and navigating selling our current home while also looking to buy a new one. Courtney was super helpful and knowledgeable, from helping keep track of timelines and key steps we needed to consider for buying and selling, to coordinating with our mortgage broker and selling realtor. I'm super grateful we had her on our team for this process as it was a lot to account for on top of moving to a new city! We also really appreciated her local knowledge of the real estate market and relied on her expertise in deciding where to buy and what type of home would be right for us. Would definitely work with Courtney again in the future given the opportunity! Thanks for everything!

Matt and Courtney are both incredibly skilled, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable at selling and buying a property. They assisted me more than they know with always being available, giving advice and recommendations for a broker, lawyer, etc and went above and beyond every step of the way! Well done and I highly recommend them for any real estate needs
